Between complimentary visits, you’ll receive 20% off eligible Thermal Access for you and your guests.
YOUR CARD, YOUR ACCESS
Your Citizen Card is registered to you and includes a unique booking code, valid for one year from activation. Use your code when booking online to access Citizen pricing and redeem complimentary visits. Your Citizen Card portal keeps track of your visits, automatically unlocking complimentary Thermal Access as you earn it. Guests can also be booked through your portal to receive the Citizen rate. Citizen Cards expire one year from activation. Unused complimentary visits do not carry over.
