Yes. Forum Thermal is committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming and accessible experience for all guests.
Our facility has been designed with accessibility in mind, and many areas of the spa are accessible, including our reception, changerooms, washrooms, showers, relaxation spaces and massage treatment rooms. Our exterior pools are also elevated to approximately knee height and are designed to allow guests to transfer from a chair.
Some hydrotherapy and thermal experiences, including indoor pools, saunas and steam rooms, may have physical limitations depending on the design of the space and nature of the experience. Accessibility may therefore vary between individual amenities.
If you have mobility, accessibility, sensory or other accommodation needs, we encourage you to contact us before your visit. Our team will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and help you determine which amenities and experiences may best suit your needs.
Forum Thermal welcomes qualified service animals in accordance with applicable Alberta requirements. For health, safety and sanitation reasons, service animals are not permitted in pools, saunas, steam rooms or other wet and thermal environments and cannot be left unattended. Our Guest Services team will work with guests requiring a service animal to determine appropriate accommodations.
Service dogs must be registered with our Guest Services team at check-in and remain accompanied by their guest throughout the visit. Valid Service Dog identification must be presented at check-in. If the required identification cannot be provided, the animal will not be permitted to enter Forum Thermal as a service animal.
For accessibility questions or to discuss accommodations before your visit, please contact us at mail@forumthermal.com or by phone. A member of our team will be happy to assist.
